About Us

Hi Everyone, 

My name is Brooke Shade and I am a headband designer, mom of 3, and a nonprofit director. I have had a passion for design and style since I was a little girl but grew up to get a corporate job that fit the mold. 

In 2022, I lost my daughter at childbirth and my world was completely changed. I desired to repurpose my pain and start Rose Mary’s Love Foundation. We are now in St. David’s Hospital in Austin, TX supporting woman and families who lose babies from stillbirth and neonatal loss.

We supported our nonprofit through our salaries but after leaving my corporate job, I decided to take a chance on business. I have been selling for two years on Poshmark designer clothes and headbands.  I decided after searching for specific products I could not find that it was time to venture out in the design world. I completely fell in love for creating new headbands that I dream everyday of something new to make.

I hope these headbands bring you joy because it has been my joy creating them for you. With every purchase we donate a portion of the proceeds to support woman and families through their darkest times. We hope our mission to bring awareness to pregnancy and infant awareness loss reaches every one who needs healing. Our mission is continuing to grow and we want to make sure our impact changes perception, support, and understanding about P&IAL.
