Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a return.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. Store credit will be applied to your Brooke Shade account and can be used toward any future purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Processing Time
